Healthy food. There is nothing wrong with it. There is absolutely nothing wrong with eating healthy. Some people seem to think that it is only health freaks who do this, but I can assure you, we all need to be a bit healthier. Therefore, Christian and I decided we were going to eat more healthy. I have a recipe for you, which I think is pretty good. So the ingredients you need to serve about five people is:

Burger:
- 2 cans of mixed beans (any type of bean is good, so whatever you prefer)
- 1 bell pepper (any colour you like, we used some red and some orange)
- 1 onion (again, whichever type you prefer, we used red)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of chilipowder
- 1 tablespoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of hot sauce
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (keep adding until it looks and feels like raw burger concistensy. You don't want it to sloppy, but also not too crumbly)
- Lettuce for wrapping

Guacamole:
- 2 avocados (they need to be soft, not hard)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 tomato (remove the seeds and the wet bit)
- 1/2 onion
- 1 lime
- 1 chili
- 1/2 teaspoon tabasco
- A pinch of coriander (as much as preferred)
- Salt and pepper

Make the guacamole first, that way it will have time to cool in the fridge before serving. Simply just put all the ingredients in a food processor. Add spices and lime by the end, and keep tasting until its right for your taste. Put it in the fridge while making the burgers.

Mash up some mixed beans, add some spices and some hot sauce. Put pepper, onion, and garlic in food processor, and mix them in with the beans. Then add breadcrumbs and egg. This will help the burger to hold together. Bake them in the oven 170 degres on fan for about 20 minutes. Make sure you flip them half way through. We served them with boiled potatoes, carrots, broccoli and asparages. The burger itself we wrapped in two leaves of lettuce and served it with some spicy homemade guacamole. It was perfect as dinner, but if you only want lunch, you can just make the burger with the  lettuce and guacomole. It's simple and easy to make, and also healthy. I feel like I should add a picture here, but unfortunately I did not take one. I will remember it next time I decide to upload a recipe.
